E-Commerce Operator • Founder of Auxil • Operations Consultant

Your business runs. I make it run better.

I diagnose operational bottlenecks, build the fix, and get out of your way. No retainers. No recurring meetings. Just results.

Think of me as a mechanic for your business operations.

You know something's off. Orders take too long. Your team spends half their day on email. Three different systems have three different versions of the truth. You've got workarounds on top of workarounds, and the whole thing feels like it's held together with duct tape.

I come in, pop the hood, and figure out what's actually broken — not what looks broken on the surface, but the thing three layers deep that's causing everything else to jam up.

Then I fix it. Not with a PowerPoint deck. Not with a "strategic roadmap" that sits in a drawer. I build the actual solution — whether that's automating a workflow, connecting systems that should already be talking to each other, or redesigning a process that's been wasting your team's time for years.

01

Workflow Diagnosis

I audit your operations top to bottom — where time disappears, where money leaks, where your team is doing work a machine should handle. You get a clear picture of what's costing you and exactly what to fix first.

02

System Integration

Your CRM doesn't talk to your inventory system. Your email is its own silo. Your accounting lives in a spreadsheet. I wire it all together so data flows where it needs to go without anyone touching it.

03

Process Automation

If a human is doing the same thing over and over, there's a better way. I build automations that handle the repetitive stuff — order processing, vendor communication, reporting — so your team can do actual work.

04

AI That Actually Works

Not the buzzword kind. I'm actively building AI-powered customer service tools for my own business. I can help you implement AI where it genuinely saves time — not just where it sounds impressive in a meeting.

How It Works

Step 1: Diagnosis. We talk about what's not working. I dig into your workflows, your tools, your pain points. This is where I figure out what's actually causing the problems — which is almost never what you think it is.

Step 2: The Plan. I tell you exactly what needs to change, why, and what it'll cost. No surprises. If the fix is simple, I'll tell you that too — I'm not going to manufacture complexity to justify a bigger invoice.

Step 3: The Build. I build the solution. Automation, integration, process redesign — whatever the diagnosis calls for. You get a working system, not a document describing one.

Step 4: Handoff. I walk you through what I built, make sure it's solid, and leave. You call me when you need me again. That's it.

This Might Sound Familiar

You're doing good revenue, but your operations feel like they're held together with duct tape and good intentions.

Your inbox is a war zone. Vendor emails, order updates, customer requests — all jumbled together with no system to sort them.

You've got three systems that should be one, and someone on your team is the human bridge between them.

You know you need to modernize but you don't have time to figure out where to start — and the last consultant just gave you a binder.

I work with small and mid-size business owners — from local shops to manufacturers with national distribution. The common thread is the same: smart people running real businesses who don't have time to untangle their own operations.

I've been in your shoes.

Nicolette Covey

I've been in e-commerce since 1999 — 27 years of building, breaking, fixing, and scaling. No formal training. I just kept seeing things that were broken and figuring out how to fix them. That hasn't stopped.

I run Mountain View Hearth Products, a multi-million dollar online retailer with 43,000+ products and 200+ brands. I've dealt with every operational headache you can think of — inventory systems that don't talk to each other, vendor chaos, payment processing nightmares, fulfillment pipelines held together with workarounds.

When AI became useful, I didn't hire someone to figure it out — I started building Auxil, an AI-powered help desk for e-commerce. Because nothing on the market worked for my own store.

The reason I can help you is simple: I'm not advising from the outside. I'm a business owner who solves these problems every day in my own operation. When I look at your workflow, I'm not seeing it through a textbook. I'm seeing it through 27 years of "oh yeah, I had that same problem — here's what actually works."

What I'm Building

Auxil

Auxil

I'm building the first AI-powered help desk with native BigCommerce and WooCommerce support. The big players built their AI for Shopify and left everyone else behind. Auxil fixes that. Currently in private beta.

What I Don't Do

I want to be straight with you so we don't waste each other's time.

I don't do retainers. I'm not your ongoing operations manager. I come in, fix the problem, and leave. If something new breaks six months later, call me — but I'm not sitting in weekly status meetings.

I don't do hand-holding. I'll build you a system and make sure you know how to use it. I can even create training materials for your team. But I'm not going to stand behind someone's desk walking them through it every Tuesday.

I don't do decks with no action. If you want a 50-page strategy document that makes you feel productive but doesn't change anything, I'm not your person. Everything I deliver is built to work, not to present.

Think of it this way: I'm the surgeon, not the physical therapist. I go in, fix the thing, and close up. Your team handles the recovery.

Let's Figure Out What's Broken
